It’s a wonderful thing when you meet someone who fully appreciates how to deliver great customer service, and as a service natural, Tina epitomises everything we could wish for in this field.

Having worked in the hair and beauty industry for over 20 years on Front of House and as a beauty therapist in her native Canada, Tina really loves the world of hair and beauty, but it’s the client interaction she is most passionate about. Having visited the salon on a previous trip to London as a client we left an impression, so much so that it helped her decide when relocating from her native Canada that Richard Ward could only ever be the salon to work at. Tina prides herself on providing excellent customer service for every client; consistency is her middle name, we are so delighted to have her as part of our fabulous front of house team and her positivity and devotion to the company ethos is second to none.
