Terms & Conditions

The Chelsea Social is offered at an introductory price of £95 per person, available for a limited time only and subject to change or withdrawal without notice.

The Chelsea Social experience is available on Fridays and Saturdays only, subject to availability.

A deposit of £50pp is required to secure all bookings. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received.

A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations or amendments made within 24 hours of your booking time, as well as no-shows, will result in the loss of your deposit or full payment.

Please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or loss of certain elements of the experience, as all bookings operate on a strict schedule.

The 90-minute Prosecco service begins from your allocated booking time, not your arrival time.

The Express Manicure or Pedicure includes standard polish only. Gel finishes or other upgrades are available at an additional cost and must be requested in advance where possible.

Your booking includes a light lunch, with menu options subject to availability and change.

Bottomless Prosecco is limited to one bottle per person within the 90-minute service period. We operate a responsible drinking policy and reserve the right to refuse alcohol service at our discretion.

Guests must be aged 18 or over to consume alcohol.
