Our complimentary Silent Service allows you to enjoy your appointment with conversation kept to a minimum, beyond anything needed for your consultation and service.

Whether you’d like to read, catch up on emails, switch off or simply enjoy some quiet time, just let us know. There’s no awkwardness and no need to explain.

You’ll still receive the same expert consultation, exceptional service and attention to detail, just with less conversation.

How it works

    When booking online, simply add Silent Service to your appointment before finalising your booking.

    Let Reception know

    Booking by phone or in person? Just tell our Reception Team that you’d prefer a Silent Service and we’ll add it to your appointment.

    Your Operator will still discuss everything needed for your consultation and service. After that, you’re free to relax, read, work or simply switch off.
