The Richard Ward Artistic Team
Led by Artistic Director Cristiano Basciu and Artistic Team Manager Edna Araujo, the Richard Ward Artistic Team have a unique experience of creative work in all genres.
From catwalk shows, photographic sessions, online tutorials and live and recorded TV makeovers, to step-by-step sessions for book and magazine publications, the team have worked in every aspect of the media. Constantly in demand, and with extensive experience of working with designers to create hair that works in perfect synergy with seasonal collections, the team have a vast wealth of knowledge and expertise in creating tailored, bespoke looks with their signature RW stamp. Gaining inspiration from their comprehensive reference library of retro hair from 1920’s onwards, inspiration starts with brainstorming as a creative collective to create mood boards and plan their sessions with unrivalled precision.
Education also plays a key role within the Richard Ward Artistic Team; in between shows and clients, our team of master creatives can be found teaching both nationally and internationally, educating and inspiring other hairdressers in all aspects of hair.
