Senior Beauty Therapist Pia originally joined the Richard Ward Metrospa team in 2014, bringing with her 24 year’s worth of experience and expertise. Pia gained a wealth of knowledge working for many central London salons and spas early in her career before more recently building her own extensive North London clientele in her family-run business.

Wanting to be back in the thick of of things, Pia returned to her Central London roots, bringing her trademark style of outstanding client care that is only outweighed by her high levels of professionalism and first-rate standard of treatment. With the exemplary customer service that she is renowned for, coupled with her chatty personality and enthusiasm for all things beauty, Pia’s vast experience and attention to detail ensures she brings her very own brand of beauty therapy magic to the Metrospa team, making each and every client not only feel special, but leave the salon groomed to perfection.
