Kelly recently joined the Richard Ward Technical team from her role working closely with a famous colourist in order to build on her already strong technical foundation. A gifted dancer, Kelly competed in dance competitions across the globe, which dominated her childhood years. At 16, Kelly left school in order to follow a new passion in the art of hair, initially at college and then completing an apprenticeship with a renowned Mayfair-based salon, where she built herself a loyal following of clients. During her time there she worked and managed their Ibiza salon, all the while honing her skills on an incredibly varied client demographic, before returning to London. Looking for more structure, she felt that the Richard Ward family would offer her the right opportunity to grow her skill set and build on her already busy client list. As a people person, Kelly's passion is bringing the feel-good factor to a client's visit, and her bubbly, sunny, bright personality is testament to her service skills.

Depending on your colour needs, Kelly will work with your natural skin tones to either brighten the hairline to gently frame the face, enhancing your complexion.
Tone Correction
If you are feeling your existing colour has turned brassy, yellow or dull, Kelly can give your hair that instant, restorative boost in a 15-minute backwash tonal treatment application to leave your locks restored to their former colour glory, glossy and rejuvenated.
Brunette Boost
Kelly loves that by using a layering colour technique she can work through the hair, picking out existing brunette tones and boosting them to fill the whole head with shine and vitality.
