Sister to senior receptionist Louise, Belinda has been a vital part of the salon team since 1996. Formerly a long-standing member of our reception team, Belinda’s role as Customer Liaison Manager sees her as the go-to contact for clients and staff alike.

Belinda has spent over 2 decades in the hair and beauty industry and her wealth of understanding and experience make her a natural in making sure the salon floor runs as smoothly and seamlessly as possible. Her warm and friendly manner mean she is an approachable and familiar face for clients and staff alike in her unique manager/hostess role – taking our customers from the first point of contact at the desk to the salon floor and being on-hand to deliver our bespoke customer experience. Belinda ensures that the client journey after check-in is as relaxed and enjoyable as possible, whether you wish to enquire about other services, make future appointments using our mobile booking tablet or even pay from the comfort of your styling/beauty chair.

Belinda’s extensive understanding of the salon business couples with her unrivalled, sincere approach to ensuring that the RW experience delivers on every level. Her in-depth knowledge of the team’s expertise make her invaluable in ensuring she match-makes the right stylist, technician and therapist for each and every client. Working closely alongside Salon Manager Gavin, Belinda is committed to delivering our Customer Service Charter – to guarantee each client visit is an individual and memorable one.
