As Reception Manager, Aaron oversees all aspects of our exceptionally busy Front of House and brings a quiet confidence to this challenging role.

Born and raised in the depth of the Surrey countryside, Aaron moved to Plymouth to study for his degree in Public Service Management – perfect for his role on the Richard Ward Reception team. Degree completed, Aaron moved to London 5 years ago where he worked at various finance companies, but in truth he says this bored him to tears; the roles offered little in the way of job satisfaction and little direct contact with the clients. He eventually found a role in which he could excel, which also offered the magic ingredient – face to face contact with the clients he was looking after, while working on reception for a private healthcare clinic in Mayfair. Aaron joined us with over three years of front of house experience; this, coupled with his positive attitude and easygoing demeanour, is a great combination of professional skills to best serve our fabulous clients and manage our outstanding reception team in delivering customer service consistency on each and every booking.
